It's an https issue.
If you replace the https for http in the url, it works on every browser.
It's just that the forum is embedding an http object in our https secure page, and the browser blocks that insecure content.
IE asks you once for permission to show the insecure items and you never remember it again.
Firefox and chrome are a bit more paranoid.
