Uhm... What? "Several hundred thousand refugees"? In Poland? Excuse me, but where did you get that information from? I'm going to go ahead and assume, that you just made it up...
No. It's not even close. Poland is not a wealthy country - they couldn't possibly accept more than a few thousand refugees, even if they wanted to, which they don't. There are currently maybe few hundred Syrian refugees in Poland and the vast majority of them are Christians, since that's who Poland volunteered to accommodate so far. Of course - after the attacks in Paris, Poland is now refusing to accept any more, especially muslims.
As for training a Syrian army in Poland - Polish politicians are retarded, especially the bigoted bunch, that just won the elections. Whatever happens to this particular idea - and I suspect nothing will actually happen - it will be a disaster, you can count on that.
