The mere fact that you bandy about the word "proof" in a scientific context indicates you don't know what the hell you're talking about.
A rose by any other name sport... Falsifiable prediction= excuse for moving goal posts from solid proof of an unknown to something we currently predict.
Maybe you should tell the scientists looking for the higgs boson they are not looking for 'proof' of the particle. That what they admitted to spending 15 billion dollars on was a 'falsifiable prediction!'

Strictly speaking (and I don't mean in a loose everyday sense of the word), Sport, proof is reserved for logic and mathematics. The words you're groping for are verifiable evidence.
And if you weren't such an idiot, you'd realize that "falsifiable prediction" is precisely the opposite of moving goal posts. As for whether the Higgs Boson particle was, in fact, falsified you might want to actually do some research on the current consensus regarding the experiments' findings. Nothing has happened to cause scientists to walk back the predictions based on their models.
If you're interested in a "theory" that has been thoroughly falsified, try your stupid worldwide flood myth in Genesis.
