A question about weed consumption (serious)

         Another point I forgot to say that your friends are right it's essential to smoke hash with some tobacco.

I know this from experience of trying to put too much hash into one joint and it was impossible to smoke.  I don't mean it wasn't to my taste so I found it impossible to smoke, I mean you would have to suck on the joint with an industrial vacuum cleaner to get any smoke out of it, it just gets packed too tight and doesn't burn like weed leaves burn.

Another thing that makes hash crap is that during the processing of hash some people are lazy and just throw entire plastic bags of weed into whatever process it is that makes it, meaning that there's plastic sheets in with the weed that you smoke, again this is something I've witnessed from experience, finding little bits of plastic in my hash.

You don't smoke hash in joints. Stick the chunk on a pin, light it, inhale. If you put the pin through something to make it stand upright (i.e. matchbook) you can cover the pin with a glass, let the smoke accumulate, lift one edge of the glass and inhale. Take it a step further, make a smoke chamber with two carburetors, one to suck the smoke out, one to let the air in.

I suggest that you stop smoking crap hash.

I don't smoke weed at all I think it's a huge waste of time, energy and money.  But when I was a student and I thought I had time energy and money to burn I can guarantee people did smoke hash in joints and most likely still do now.

Also hash where I come from, Manchester England, is called sputnik or sput for short.  When a person has brown crumbs all over his fingers from crumbling in the hash it's called sput fingers.

Personally if I was in the mood to get stoned again, which I never really am, I'd just eat weed instead of smoking it.
