I tend to be a philosophical naturalist and an empiricist. I have a hard time understanding claims that rely on abandoning these paths. I don't call this "scientism" because I think that's a silly term. Science is good for examining physical reality, but in terms of forming sound arguments or exploring the different models of thought philosophy and the softer subjects do have utility.
