Randos, that's who.   "Eliminate" them and someone else will produce the goods to fill the need which generates wealth.  This procession will continue indefinitely, and your resources will be exhausted long before you manage to eliminate the goods....but long after you've eliminated a great many people.  In effect, the victory condition for this suggestion is to replace the current tyrant with tyranny of your own.  Why not just stay in bed?
That's the old "do nothing because nothing will change" song.  What will change is that the assholes who are creating the current trouble will cease to exist.  And when another group pops up be quicker on the draw and don't let them gain control.  If people follow your line of reasoning chattel slavery would still exist in America.
