It is. Sometimes it's just plain stupid. Like the series with Olly Steed, who's an absolute numbnut. Discovering the secrets of history by interviewing the mralstoners of the world. My ass.

You know, the Discovery as well as the History channel viewed with European eyes is a curious mixture of Goebbels programming and Soviet style Working Class Hero presentation. Sensationalist, militarist and know your place like.
