Ofcom Cuts The Word

UK communication regulator - Ofcom, has fined The Word Network 150,000 BP or about 195,000 USD. According to Ofcom's website, The Word Network "failed to adequately protect viewers from harm, exploited the vulnerabilities of the audience and promoted products in the program."

It's not clear if The Word Network will be restricted from releasing all future content, but they definitely won't be able to sell "Miracle Spring Water."
"If it's too good to be true then it probably is." Right?
According to the FCC, "no special provisions or restrictions are applied to religious stations or licensees, nor are any changes to that policy contemplated.
Regulators here in the States need similar standards but that would be too good to be true as well.
