Well i don't eat bran flakes. So i just keep wiping until i can only feel dry paper on my bottom.

You can get a pretty cheap bidet that is easy to fit onto the water inlet of the toilet, water will be cold most of the time but at least you can really feel clean after taking a dump (only need toilet paper for drying)
