Seculars don't love, Rhythem.
"A scoundrel might be of good use to us, just because he's a scoundrel"-Lenin.
I used the term to drop a sarcastic light; something to giggle about while reading.
Meaning is : without some western countries that practice secularism, crazy sunna/shia would never find strongholds protecting them from justice.

You're missing a lot by not eating the garlic dip.
Salafism is the international version of "Wahhabism".
But yes, a lot are coming from other countries, especially the Pakistan/Afghanistan region.

Arab states are not enemies of America. They are allies as a matter in fact.
Then again, Muslims did turn religion into a weapon that they used in slapping other civilizations.
History wise, the mongols didn't attack until a Muslim sultan butchered their messenger and robbed their caravans (twice). Also, Spain was invaded and armies kept fighting around France, all of that before any attack comes from Europe against Muslims.
As for the modern era, the most ruthless people are Muslim leaders. Muslim governments butcher their citizens in ways worthy of Mexico's drug cartels and narcos. The invasion of Iraq couldn't take place without the help of surrounding Arab/Muslim countries.
