Sure, I refer to it as being someone who requires good reasons and evidence before being confident in their beliefs.
Of course, anyone can call themselves a sceptic and it doesn't mean they actually are. No one is perfectly rational either.
I'd say the litmus test would be to go through your beliefs, and see if you could reasonably demonstrate them to some random reasonable person to be probably true. If you can't, you're probably not a sceptic. Which is fine, of course! It's not a contest
