Well I have no excuses not to be sleeping now, I can always Roofie myself as a last resort 
Or just get some more sleeping pills.
I wish I could study less and stay away from computer screens, but such is the life of a student... I have heard that using electronics late at night (which I always do) is not a good idea, though. I think the artificial light disrupts circadian rhythms or something.
