Well, the results are being shared with Interpol. If your rationale is apt, where are the international arrests? None were mentioned in the article one way or the other.
Well exactly, you don't know one way or the other about the other arrests or the percentage of the overall users of the website that were in America so the percentage you established as a success rate is void.
Success in terms of an Internet crime would be to inform Interpol of the offenders abroad and to make a substantial amount of arrests within America, over a hundred people arrested is better than just closing the website down and having no arrests.
