Well god can't hate nor be shocked of anything, have you forgoten? God is suppost to be all knowing and also don't forget the divine plan! So if god was to be angry or shocked or supprized then he can't be all knowing, and that would mean he can't be all powerful and so then - Why call him god?
God wouldn't say a damn thing because he already knew it was going to happen because according to the divine plan, god had already planned it. God already knew about the event and so that makes him immoral for planning it and knowing everything about it but do nothing to stop it.
