Of course not, there is no evidence that this is the case.
In fact it make sense that this is not the case and that it may well be the opposite as the wish to evolve come before the matter is build.
A builder got the idea to build something so the idea come first and the building follow not the other way around.

Obvious.
It would be like to say that a car accident hurt the driver.
What sort of reason is this?

It say...........If the mind could exist independently of the brain, why couldn’t the mind compensate for lost faculties when brain cells die after brain damage?
