Oh, I see..and is that what you're doing when you decide that they can't get married, and that the enjoyment of their hearts desire is evil? You're -not- treating them badly, -not- seeing them as less human...than, say...yourselves?
I beg to differ, I think they might beg to differ as well. Have you failed to empathize in this, arguably the most simple and powerful common experience of human beings, who we love, and the joy and fulfillment of life in that love, a love like you have with your husband? Do you really think it;s just the bible that has some dehumanizing comments, or effect? Have you never considered that the living body of the church, yourself included - also make these same comments, also have this same effect?
Nope, nope..you needled in on the icky sex part. Just can't get your way around it. That's the "bad thing", taboo. Then, you excused yourself and your church for all that you condemn.
