This is true - I never said being fat is healthy, but then again - There are fat people who spend their lives justifying being overweight, and there's fat people who barely even talk about their weight and may even not enjoy talking about it. Just like there are smokers who enjoy blasting smoke on everyone else and smokers who want to be left alone.
Right, that's why I would never go out of my way to taunt a fat person, if someone said "Oh I'm just heavy because of my metabolism" I'd feel comfortable to tell them there isn't really a large metabolic difference between most people. I think there is a difference between just being a dick, and being interested in what is true.
