Summary:
Four year old girl who had a tramatic experience is the only person asked to testify in case of sexual assault, where forensics proved that the cop on trial was in fact the person who raped her. Aside from the judge dismissing a case with incredibly clear-cut evidence that should warrant the cop's arrest;
I don't know what shocks me more:
The fact that the only person asked to testify was not the doctor who confirmed she had been raped, or the nurse, but the girl herself at a meer four years old.
or
The fact that a judge can give you a year jail sentence for cursing.
