Judge dismisses case of cop sexually assaulting 4 year old girl

No sorry, this is the way our system works, and while not perfect by any stretch, we are not a mob rule society. We have courts for a reason, and the accused have constitutional rights, including the right to a lawyer and the right to face their accuser. We cannot allow our emotions to rule us as a society, it is ok to be angry about the nature of the charge, any parent would be, but it is not ok to blame the system every time an outcome doesn't go your way.

The way the case went the verdict was fair. I blame the prosecution, not the system as a whole.

As for the dad, his sentence will probably be reduced greatly when it's all said and done.
