Admittedly I hate lettuce and peas but all other veggies are quite welcome. Especially asparagus. I just got back from rock climbing with my boyfriend who is 10x more in shape than I am. I made it half way up the wall. I try to exercise twice a week which isn't much but it's a start.
Since I went broke last year, I've realized how hard it is to eat nutritionally and be poor. If I remember, you're on a fixed income, so I totally understand how hard it is. I counter my substandard nutrition choices with lots and lots of exercise, which, admittedly, is much easier to do in a climate like mine. It sounds like you pushed yourself today. That's awesome!
Oh, and can I have some cleavage too?
Cleavage for everybody! And yeah I get 88 dollars a month in food stamps. I'm a broke college girl so it's hard to find time to exercise between class in an accessible environment. I'm actually upset I can't afford a monthly membership for The Ascent.
