You see a conspiracy, Scooby.... in a group of scientists and analysts providing politicians with solutions to problems posed to them. I just see them doing the job they were paid to do. That population poses a risk demands consideration of risk management. What's so sinister about this? I ask this as someone strongly -against- such population control measures as described by yourself.
