There are no rights besides legal rights and we're talking hypothetically here.
I never suggested imprisoning racists. I suggest that if there is a peaceful way to prevent racist beliefs getting spread around that would be better because less racist beliefs is better.
I think that voluntary rehabilitation would be good for racists, maybe it's possible for some of them to learn how bigoted their racist beliefs are.
Furthermore, there's no need to try and stop racist beliefs being taught altogether if that's impossible by any reasonable non-authoritarian means. Because it still may be possible to minimize such racist beliefs being spread: Minimization is still perhaps possible by reasonable means. No one has to give up simply because they can't remove it completely, when you can't do that, try minimization.
