Free will and humans

You tell me my logic is false and then pitch straw?  FFS Pool, at least try.

Step 1, come up with a definition for free will that isn't internally contradictory.
Step 2, come up with a way to show that free will exists that doesn't assume free will exists.
Step 3, Profit.

That's all there is to it.

So I do have free will even though I am incapable of throwing a rock as heavy as a mountain?
