So the kid would have gotten more justice for her death if she had been killed in Saudi Arabia.

Kid's dead. There's no justice to be had, since the kid doesn't care one way or the other. Only revenge. On a mentally ill person. Doesn't excuse what she did, but there's a reason why justice systems bordering on something like civilization make a distincton between sane and insane.

The bleeding hearts should have to provide room and board in their own homes to all of the crazy killers.
