I doubt they intend it to be that way, just a lack of players. I remember back in the day when WOT (the tank game, not cards) came out and no-life grinders were rolling t10 tanks against t5's for simple lack of players in que. LOL, 1930's light tanks vs 50/60's MBTs...gg. They'd crush 15 people by themselves, just drive it straight up the gut...pewpewpewpew - tink tink tink.
