Does lastpass have a cloud backup feature?

Yes, in fact that's it's only mode of operation.  Only the encrypted vault - encrypted with your passphrase - is stored in the cloud.

I've been using a certain password manager for years. It's been made somewhat obsolete by newer managers like lastpass and keepass. Unfortunately switching over is not an easy proposition. It took me several days of massaging CSV lists from the old password keeper to the new one. I'm still depending on the older password manager. I wonder how easy it would be to migrate my current password database to lastpass. I'm guessing it wouldn't be easy.
