Atheists on the other hand chose a losing horse.
Nobody chose to become an atheist, nor does being an atheist mean that you're on the losing side.
They create a belief based on no evidence because there is no evidence that God doesn't exist.
There is no evidence that god exists either, you can't disprove something that can't be proven.
On the other hand there is plenty of evidence that this universe full of consciousness must have a mind
behind it.
