So... in your opinion, Congress Shall make and enforce laws that apply to the establishment of religion and the free exercise thereof?

Some racist douchebag saying, "It's a big problem with the members of my church, my community, and my mother-in-law" is hardly making a cogent free exercise argument. He's just hiding his bigotry behind others (including, later, the neighbors) like the bullying coward he appears to be. He's in violation of the law and doesn't have a 1st Amendment leg to stand on.
