Bah. That's not a choice, that's an ultimatum, and it still all boils down to trying to make a decision whether to spend an eternity with or without said deity, the consequences of which you can't appreciate until after you've made the choice.

God should follow Yivo's example from Futurama, he/she/it actually wanted to have a relationship, and takes everyone in the universe out on a date at the same time.
