Turns out it was a big missunderstanding taken from USS Donald Cook recordings:
(read in thick russian/english accent)
Russian Mig: U-S-S Don-old Cok, Dis IZ Go-st Rye-der, Request-ink Fly By.
USS D/C: Negative, Ghost Rider, the pattern is full, oh and you are a russian jet so really no.
Russian Mig cockpit voice 2: neyet- Pav, I do nut, t-ink dis iz guud idea.
Russian cockpit voice 1: Sorry gusse, I t-ink it time to buuz A-meican Dess-troyer
Apparently they just got "top gun" in Russia.
Either that or Russia thinks our limp wristed president is a joke, because he doesn't have the balls to keep 'sissy boys' out of the girls bathroom, and they are testing boundaries and trying to determine how much of Europe they can take before we cut off our supply of movies and blue jeans...
So... all you European members better start brushing up on your Russian. can you say "Muuse and squri-well"
It's evident that you do not know a damn thing about history or the Bible so you should simply STFU until you grow at least three brain cells.
Russian planes have been doing flyovers on our ships since they got planes capable of doing it. And guess what, not one President or Admiral gave a damn.
Here's a couple of examples. But blame the black guy.
Russian bombers flew over our aircraft carriers all the time during the Vietnam War.
On November 16-17, 1966 Russian bombers flew over the aircraft Kitty Hawk in the war zone. "16-17 Nov 1966: Soviet Tupolev Tu-95 Bear and Myasishchev Mi-4 Bison bombers overflew the ship. Normal occurrences when carriers deployed near foreign shores, such overflights heightened Cold War tensions."

They still do.

What did Bush do when the Russian bombers flew directly over the carrier Nimitz?
"Russian bombers intercepted near US Navy vessel (Tupolev 95 flew 2000ft directly over USS Nimitz)

Russian planes routinely fly over the US from coast to coast and from border to border, and they do it from our military bases.
