Oh Howland Reed would tell of Jon's parentage, but I was specifically talking about if Tyrion was really a Targaryen, who could even say so?
Well, there's his uncle, for one. There are also his older siblings. There may be many others who could know. A servant or something. All they would have to know is that either a bunch of babies were swapped or that Tywin's wife cheated on him.
But it could also simply be inferred.
