If you think the black lives matter movement should be focusing on black criminals killing black people, you are missing the point of the black lives matter movement.
The leading cause of death in young black men in America is murder. Other young black men are the vast majority of the people doing the killing.
I suppose the point of black lives matter may not be that black lives are important and people should stop shooting black people in which case maybe their focus is in the right place but their title is misleading. It should be something like "We don't like police officers." or "We like shouting at white people."
Are you ready for the fire? We are firemen. WE ARE FIREMEN! The heat doesn’t bother us. We live in the heat. We train in the heat. It tells us that we’re ready, we’re at home, we’re where we’re supposed to be. Flames don’t intimidate us. What do we do? We control the flame. We control them. We move the flames where we want to. And then we extinguish them.
Impersonation is treason.
