Far as I remember it, she tried to invoke Hold Your Ground. Same bullshit, Zimmerman just got off the hook at that time. What she didn't consider was that she is a woman and Zimmerman just shot a black guy and didn't threaten the white male.

Yes she's a black woman. And stand your ground was created specifically for white people.
