Is it allowed to misquote someone by putting it inside quotes and not inside quote tag?
The specific purpose of quote tags is to make it clear you are quoting verbatim.
It is obvious from her post that she is paraphrasing and summarising.
Quote-mining is malicious and Lostykins is not.
This is not just the response of the Admins but also the response of the staff as a whole, including moderators.
