Is it allowed to misquote someone by putting it inside quotes and not inside quote tag?

Now that would have been misquoting you if it was an actual quote of you. The point of the misquoting rule is to prevent member from making it seem like this is something you actually said when it's not. I didn't do any of them.
I was giving my run down of what's happened between us. I didn't even actually misquote you except for leaving out the word brutally. I didn't specifically attribute the quote to you anyways.
And it wasn't for the purpose of making anyone think you said something you didn't say. You missed my entire point. Which I will repeat now. You shouldn't be disingenuous when making a point about your thread. You shouldn't make threads for the sole purpose of waiting for people to say things a certain way so you can misrepresent their opinions and call them a sexist. Please stop doing that, or at least contain it in one thread instead of several. It's becoming tiresome.
