About as many translations as a man-made Constitution. How many Constitutions do the Fallen Angels need as a guide to doing their will on earth? Fallen Angels have no concept of FREE-WILL, this is why they need a Government to tell them what to do.

By the way, if the American Constitution is the best man-made document (even better than the Holy Bible), why have the other countries not drunk the punch?
