Big time yay! I'm still reluctant to push my knee too hard for fear of losing the greater mobility I've been having. But your example makes me want to get on that exercise bike tonight .. and then a lot more regularly.
PS: I seem to be stalled out at 205 lbs. My snacking and portion control are still pretty good but -gawd forbid- I may have to go back to actually counting daily calorie intake to lose more weight. I'm sure more exercise would also be helpful.
