For my own personal tastes, Daario 2.0 is far better looking to me. So much more my type, he's gorgeous. *woof*
But I do think the original actor had that more "Medieval handsome" thing going on. He is what would have been considered attractive in The Middle Ages in Europe (since GoT is pseudo-medieval times); long thick hair, piercing blue eyes, slightly feminine features and flamboyant appearance. He does fit more neatly into that kind of setting than the second actor.
