First of all, anyone is a big word, one that includes people with a variety of mental/psychological problems that might be remedied and in so doing remove the suicidal intent.
Second of all, I'm only being so mean because you're acting on the principle that any amount of freedom is good, regulation is bad. That is definitely not the case, and especially not when life/death scenarios are to be considered. It is only basic human decency to have a say in whether your fellow citizen should be allowed to kill himself. First of all, that decision doesn't only belong to the person who wants to kill themselves for multiple reasons. That same thing that is making the person be suicidal, might affect the concerned citizen one day, or one of his relatives/friends or other important people in their life. There is also the possibility that whatever got the person to want to commit suicide, is of such nature, that it would soon pass, thus removing the initial impulse to make such a drastic decision(heartbreak would be a good example).
