Uhm, really? I'm pretty sure nature was mercilessly slaughtering human babies with claws, teeth, poison and disease way before we were able to affect the environment, beyond stepping on a few bugs. And it continues to do so with babies of the many animals, that couldn't destroy the planet if they tried.
The point is - "mother nature" doesn't give a f*ck. It's easy to feel sorry for "her", now that she's almost defeated. But let's not forget - the b*tch started it...
