I think this laptop itself is very old and second hand.
It could be a damaged circuit inside but I'm gonna go with what TRJF said, he says his laptop stays at 0% now but works fine plugged in. I'm thinking mine might be the same, because this is an old laptop.
I could get my laptop inside fixed, but it would probably be cheaper and smarter to just buy a new laptop in that case.
The charger and the battery all match my laptop model.
