Non discrimination laws for public facilities have been in place all over the world, so anyone wanting to make the case the that rapists will sneak in to restrooms by lying about their gender identity should be able to produce the statistics to support that argument. Good luck!

Are you saying it can't and won't happen? Statistics are more than likely coming if this BS from the White House and the justice department continues. How about producing safe guards.

 Now that North Carolina has put this debate on the map the statistics of sex crimes in public restrooms with predators citing gender identity are pretty easy to find and they are virtually zero. You are suggesting we now need safeguards against a problem that does not exist and we need to oppress the rights of a group in order to stop this invisible problem.

Also like everyone else is pointing out, this law does not keep predators out of the restroom, do you really think a rapist is who wanted to rape someone in a public restroom is concerned about the law, or what's to stop a guy from dressing like a woman and entering a woman's restroom, will there be someone there lifting skirts and checking genitalia?
