Also, last time...no one carries weapons over here, even criminals. Those that do have weapons, have to keep them well hidden. Police presence is quite strong.

Firstly, I think only cowards carry weapons, because either they are afraid of getting into a fair fight and losing, or they know they're too weak to stand up in a straight fight with anyone. We have a new water spray system that covers criminals from head to toe, makes it easier to catch them. Not sure what it's called by my cousin has it, very hard to wash off. Better technology, the more we can prevent crime. Don't need weapons. Carrying weapons works over there, but over here, NOT carrying weapons also works. Two different methods, both work. One side prefers to carry weapons the other does not.
