Not really, no. Unless you consider foreign interventions and the installation of puppets merited. Also, what's this about "Toute nation". We're not talking about nations here. We're talking about people bundled together at a colonial office, thousands of miles removed. People that never wanted to live together in the first place.
They've had plenty of time to change things if they'd wanted.  Far too many of them fall for this insh'allah bullshit.
