Did you type "him/her" and not "her/him" because you are unconsciously discriminated against females?
If you can't know whether my boss is unconsciously discriminated against females because you haven't met him but are confident enough to say that bosses in general are unconsciously discriminated against women, it rises the question of how many bosses you have met with unconscious discrimination against females so as to generalize with such confidence. So tell us, how many unconsciously discriminated bosses have you met?
