Wahaabi-Salafis won't study alongside women, or anybody else for that matter, so the college idea won't work. Yes, I find it hard to believe any women would willingly be a Wahaabi-Salafi. They are all brainwashed into thinking they are part of some egalitarian fiction that is really something else. They don't realize how vile Abdul Wahaab was. Yet your ideal college is like the Study Quran: Different groups came together and each contributed to it. They got past division (of Sunni and Shia).
Wahaani-Salafis, given the opportunity, will destroy the shrines of Sufis and Shia, etc and they will destroy Churches and Shia Mosques like we see in Syria. They only pretend to get along with people if it suits their goal (like their Dawah Tables). We see in Saudi what happens if they get in power. In Iran minorities are assured a set number of seats in parliament*. Except the Ba'hai, but that's a story for another say maybe. If a follower of Zoroaster is in Saudi they would be behead for blasphemy no doubt about it. Saudi doesn't exactly have a parliament.
Those Iranians on Hajj may look scary, but at least they're not bombing people. If Mecca wasn't in Saudi things might be different. I think there would be less trouble in that case.
*There are 2 seats for Armenians and one for each other minority: Assyrians, Jews and Zoroastrians.
