Awful lot of people would die because of that, dude. You ever been denied medical care because of a doctor's opinion of your lifestyle? You ever been, say, septic at the time?
My wife has. She was lucky she had enough time before her, you know, lethal blood poisoning killed her, to skip states and go somewhere else, but it very well could have been the end of her life right there. Now, imagine the shit that would go down if that kind of thing was totally legal.
Is your weird, libertarian pride worth one life? How about two? How many people should die, so that you get to feel your religion isn't overly burdened by the social contract it takes ruthless and constant advantage of?
Health care is a whole separate debate. There are no lives on the line when we are talking about the state being involved in the bedroom or in peoples love lives. I think the people can handle that just fine. On a side note, that really sucks about your wife. Glad everything turned out ok. And to answer your other question, I have indeed been denied medical service because of a doctors opinion of my lifestyle. Pretty messed up when that happens.
Islam has killed millions in the last decade, lets focus all attention on Christianity!
