California has 17,915,053 registered voters right now. 45% are Dems. In 2012 only 6,493,924 Dems bothered to vote. They might not get 6 million this year. Just because people register to vote it doesn't mean that they will vote. Trump could win if all of the Repubs show up and if he gets all of the unaffiliated voters. That's a longshot when 405 of the voters simply don't give a damn about voting.
