Another nutter the police knew about. I don't understand how all these people manage to slip through the net, on probation yet he can get guns, he can go anywhere unmonitored, wtf are the police doing? Having too much fun using the ghetto as a shooting range? Useless bastards.
This proves my point, you cant simply rely just on vetting laws, although we do need stricter ones. It still remains we make too many. This guy was still legal at time of purchase.
