Well he ain't shit.

I doubt he'll be prosecuted for hate speech though, not a Christian in 'Murica.

Why should he?  We don't prosecute people for speech in this country unless it causes some kind of direct harm (libelous speech, speech that directly incites violence, etc.).

Personally, I'm not a fan of censoring ideas, even if they're abhorrent.  I'd much rather have people like this talk so we can identify who they are, who they appeal to, and work to stop them all.

I literally said that same thing to christians in comments like he cant go to jail for what he said you can say that
christians are the majority in this country they can get away with bigoted hateful speech like this guy can you can too. 
The only difference is it's out of bad taste to talk about people like that and what he did wasn't right.
